Below are some of my favorite meals. Some include venison and some do not.
These meals are part of my food-combining plan, which includes wild or free-range meat. I am still following the plan, maintaining my weight loss and enjoying it. When I first lost weight, I was eating a diet too lean… and not enough fat derived from animal or vegetable and nut sources. The body and brain needs fat! So I gained back about 10 pounds and hit a nice plateau. Check out the Food Combining book on the Outdoor Links page or below.
